Chloe Nichols

Chloe is dedicated to supporting the development of digital solutions that can effectively record and track the impact of THIS Institute.

Her work is spread across different teams, including the Director’s Office, research, and communications teams. One of her main responsibilities is to ensure efficient tracking of publications.

Chloe joined in May 2023, bringing 5 years’ experience working as a therapist and youth worker in both the public and charity sector. Most recently, Chloe worked in a child and adolescent mental health team in the NHS. She is a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy registered therapist, having obtained an MSc in Counselling from the University of Northampton and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sheffield. Recently, Chloe has begun training in Data Science. She has a keen interest in how we can make use of data and technology to optimise and improve processes and patient care within the healthcare industry.
