Dr Frances Wu
Frances is a Research Associate at THIS Institute.
Frances has a B.S. degree in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in clinical evaluative sciences from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice at Dartmouth College, and a PhD in health services research from University of California at Berkeley. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and held a program evaluation position at Kaiser Permanente.
Her research has included mixed methods studies of accountable care organizations in the U.S. and micro-organizational studies of patient-centered medical home teams in the primary care setting. Her general research interests relate to the role of organizational context in health services, implementation science, and effectiveness-implementation studies of interventions designed to improve quality of care.
