We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Enterprise Portfolio Manager to develop and manage the diverse and expanding portfolio of enterprise and innovation projects at The Healthcare Improvement Studies (THIS) Institute. You will manage high-impact projects aligned with our mission, strategic goals and values.
You will lead in scoping and evaluating potential commercial and income-generating opportunities and concepts. You will identify priorities for long-term business plans, dependencies and potential risks, supporting executive decision-making about options to pursue. For selected projects, you will develop high-quality business cases, proposals and bids.
As Senior Enterprise and Portfolio Manager, you will leverage your expertise in managing alignment, financial resources and capacity for response. You should have a proven track record of managing complex projects and programmes, delivering results on time and within budget, and providing line management for individuals in project teams.
With superb relationship-building skills, you will be comfortable connecting across academia and the health and care ecosystem to establish new high-value partnerships. You’ll understand how to develop activities of clear benefit to the NHS.

This is a full time post, part-time applications will be considered for no less than 80% FTE per week.
