Evleen Price

Research Assistant

Evleen is a Research Assistant working on a range of healthcare quality improvement projects.

Her role includes conducting qualitative interviews and ethnographic fieldwork, analysing data, assisting with literature reviews, writing research reports, as well as supporting the wider research team on various projects.

Evleen holds a BA in Social Anthropology from the University of Kent and an MSc in Global Health and Development from University College London (UCL). Prior to joining THIS Institute, Evleen worked as a Chemotherapy Coordinator within the NHS. She has also worked overseas in Denmark and Australia in a wide range of administrative and event coordination roles.

Research Interests

Evleen is interested in interdisciplinary approaches to health research. She is interested in how social determinants of health influence health inequalities, particularly surrounding mental health, cancer and in primary care settings. She also has an interest in research which creates collaborative and sustainable solutions to improve healthcare access and health equity.
