Kiri is a Research Engagement and Involvement Adviser working across a variety of quality improvement projects for THIS Institute.
She is experienced in EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusion) and leads operational aspects of public engagement and involvement in research. Kiri comes to us from the Ministry of Health in Aotearoa New Zealand (NZ) where she has shaped health policy and practice in central government and health sector settings in NZ for over a decade.
Kiri is committed to promoting equitable healthcare outcomes through the implementation of inclusive practices in research, policy and health service settings. Kiri holds a MPH from the University of Auckland. Her interests include Indigenous systems thinking and the dismantling structural inequities.
