Peter joined THIS in January 2024 having previously worked within the Service Management Team in the IT department at the University of East Anglia and then as a Service Management Consultant in the private sector. He has a background in developing Service Management solutions software and working with teams to improve their digital processes.
Peter is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective systems and processes for identifying, capturing, and presenting key information for management and reporting purposes. He will develop and maintain a workflow management system for THIS Institute’s academic outputs, and curate and compile evidence of the institute’s impact.
