Rafia ensures the efficient operation of THIS Institute and its fellowship programme.
Prior to joining THIS Institute, Rafia worked in the Department of Physics for the University of Cambridge as a Hub Operations Manager. She lead a team that specialised in all matters relating to finance, research grants management, HR and general operations administration. Before joining the University, Rafia worked in the banking sector for eleven years.
