Anna leads RUBIS.Qi Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s Quality Improvement arm, which trains and coaches staff from across the UK to lead complex quality improvement work and to scale and spread innovations.
Anna has applied quality improvement methods in healthcare settings for many years, embracing co-production with patients, carers and citizens. Prior to her current role, Anna was Director of Quality at the West of England AHSN. Anna’s passion is to speed up the adoption of evidence into practice in order to improve health outcomes. Anna is a Health Foundation Improvement Fellow, an Ashridge Business School alumni in Leadership for Improvement and an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Bath Centre for Healthcare Innovation and Improvement and the University of West of England. Alongside her work in improvement Anna maintains her clinical practice as a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist in the NHS working with young people to innovate new approaches to wellbeing.
