Fiona is working as an independent learning facilitator for THIS Institute. Along with Bill Lucas, she is supporting our fellows and community to develop the leadership capacity of those with a shared mission in the study of improvement.
Fiona leads Fiona Reed Associates (FRA), a group of facilitators who support interventions to create change and development for organisations, teams and individuals.
A graduate of Newcastle and Edinburgh universities, she works with academic researchers as well as healthcare and other professionals working in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
