Lydia Ragoonanan is an improvement programme manager at The Health Foundation. Lydia has over 10 years of experience in designing and running innovation programmes to test and scale ideas that improve society.
Her experience includes being an internal auditor, principal strategist at the NZ Transport Agency, running innovation programmes at Nesta, directing a cyber-security accelerator and running a social innovation consultancy.
Immediately prior to joining The Health Foundation in May 2024, Lydia led large-scale artificial intelligence (AI) transformation programmes.
Lydia has a BA in Politics from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
