Oliver is part of the Director’s Office team, providing administrative support to senior members of the Institute. In 2023, Oliver gained a BA (Hons) in Classical Civilisation from the University of Nottingham, and he was awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Warwick in June 2024. In 2018, as part of the National Citizen Service programme, Oliver collaborated with a group of individuals on the course to create and host a charity event for the Isobel’s Hospice charity, successfully raising over £300.
Oliver began his time at THIS Institute as a Business Administrator Apprentice in July 2024, completing his apprenticeship in July 2025. Since then, he has continued his time at THIS, providing administrative support to staff.
