Olivia has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Masters of Research in Social Sciences from the University of East Anglia. Her BSc and MRes projects explored the effects of stress and early adversity on cognitive functioning and memory. Before becoming a Research Assistant, Olivia worked in communications and engagement at THIS Institute and the Autism Research Centre, and in mental health and homelessness services.
Research Interests
Olivia is working across several projects, including Enhancing Voices in Healthcare Organisations, CARE-NET and the Timeliness of Access to Cancer Treatment project. She is interested in How people’s experiences of healthcare, including speaking up, are shaped by relationships, culture and wider systems.
She has experience conducting research using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
