Ruth is the Project Manager for Improvement Research Communities, providing project management and operational assistance in the development of the Communities programme.
Prior to joining THIS, Ruth has worked in the Food Industry for 16 years, leading the development and delivery of many new products for all the major retailers. Ruth joined THIS in February 2023 and has a BSc (Hons) in Food Science from the University of Reading.
